    The Line Quality Drawing is the second drawing that we did in class. Our focus for the drawing was to obtain a full range of value and contrast. I think that within the vase I have a good range of values with lights and darks. I think that my highlights could be more contoured to the vase, as they look a little misplaced. The darks on the vase are in good position and achieve a good contrast of values in my opinion. I think I could have spent more time on the rope because it looks to spindly and thin compared to the thicker rope that was set out. My flower has a good proportion to the vase, although it could be a little bigger. The shading within the flower achieved good contrast, but I did not reach as dark or light values as I could have.
